Don’t mess with Elsie

The Elsie Gang like to go out every now and again, just to remind people that this is their park. It has been since they saw off the West Park girls in the legendary lakeside rumble of 1952.
It’s just a shame that Betty (an honourary Elsie) was having hip trouble this morning, their domination of the pavement was incomplete.
