Interview

Interviewing for a couple of roles today, that will ease the workload on my team.

The first two were a waste of time, one didn't show and we quickly had to terminate the second when it was obvious the candidate didn't have a clue what the job was and was just applying for every job under the sun.  Thankfully the candidate in the afternoon was outstanding and I'm sure we will be offering her the role.

Also met our new Procurement Manager today, we talked about sustainability and he's onboard, so hopefully we can do something good.
