What a mess

We got a call from one of the volunteers that work with the little ones at the school asking for urgent help to sort out a storeroom.

It turns out the school got a donation of toys and books just after lockdown ended and the person receiving it thought they should be left untouched for a few months. The very same person resigned two months later and didn’t tell anyone about the donation.

Fast forward two and a bit years and the stash was only found when the room needed to be opened to have a repair done to the roof above. Fortunately no water damage was done to the stuff and two hours later it was sorted and reallocated to different classrooms to finally be enjoyed by the kids.
