Kate and Sophie came over after Sophie’s swimming lesson this morning to catch up on a week’s worth of news.

After lunch Sophie wanted to go to the park for a kick about. Uncle Chris joined us and Sophie decided she was going to practise throwing the ball in the air and kicking it on the volley.
