Lone Cormorant

This looks like decent weather, but it was from last week.  Today I found it in my store of unused photos and gave it the "preset" treatment in Capture One.

In other news, my mother now has a pair of carefully fitted (and very expensive) hearing aids.  But she removed them as soon as she was out of the audiologist's room, according to her carer of today.  So I refused to talk to her on Facetime until she had put them in again . . . I'm pretty certain that that's not the way to persuade someone like my mother do do something, but it worked – for now.
