Back Blip - Polling Station/Community Centre

A very exhausted day due to lack of sleep. I was in a lot more fibro pain as a result. 

Took a short walk to collect a few groceries from the supermarket and stretch my neck, legs and back. The pain was intense, pushing down on my neck and shoulders. It took the edge off the pain but absolutely drained.

This Blip is of my local Polling Station/Community Centre which I passed by on the way home. Like many, in need of much repair.

Listened back to Pick of the Pops on BBC Radio 2 - it was 1986 and 1996. Did the dishes and put laundry on, resting and pacing in between. Feeling washed out. GP appointment on Monday.
