Today's the day ............................ to knead the dough
It started in Lockdown back in 2020, when getting fresh daily bread became a bit of a nightmare - and it's still going on now.
Every few days, Will makes a loaf (or two) which keeps the two of us going without any problems. And if more is needed, because we have visitors or something, then he rises to the challenge - and makes a bit extra.
And it's all made by hand - no bread machines in this house .................!
