It's quite hard to take this photo from this angle whilst riding and I have to admit that it was taken accidentally - but I'll have it!

Some miles in the legs then and some fresh, clean air in the lungs - much needed after a morning on the sofa with Adelle Stripe & Lias Saoudi's excellent book 'Ten Thousand Apologies: Far White Family And The Miracle Of Failure'. Really quite disgusting in many places.
