All things Easter!

The idea of this cheesecake came into my head in the week and wouldn’t go away!

I started with a chocolate digestive biscuit base, a baked vanilla cheesecake filling with mini eggs, I topped it with ganache drip, Easter sweets, mini eggs, creme eggs and Galaxy, malteser bunnies, then two Easter egg half’s filled with more cheesecake!

I’m so pleased with this and think it is my favourite creation, to look at, we’ve not tasted it yet!
