Football player Mikkel

Yesterday Mikkel and Herman were skiing 27 km with their father Anders, in the tracks where I was skiing with Anders, when Anders was at their age. I would very much have liked to join them yesterday but my body didn’t allow me. When I was at Anders age, I went skiing with my father, who at that time was at my age, in the same tracks where Anders and the boys went skiing yesterday. To go skiing with my boy and his boys means something to me. Today Maria followed Herman who was playing on a football cup outside Oslo. Mikkel and schoolfriends played football with their fathers on a local heated football field. I went there to watch them. It’s the end of the Holmenkollen Ski festival in Oslo today. The ladies went this year first time ever the distance 50 Km cross country. This distance has all years been a distance for (tough !) men only. The lady winner went on the time 2 hours 13 min. 36.1 sec. Believe many men will not be able to ski that fast. I have always had respect for women.
