A Tough Day!

Up at the crack of dawn....bootcamp, shower, pack and out the door at 8.00 to pick jessie0908 up from Chelmsford station, then on our way to the Peak District.

This is where we are staying. It's quite beautiful. We're are in the middle of nowhere surrounded by amazing countryside and beautiful scenery.

It took us four hours to get here. We are in Staffordshire in a place called Waterhouses.

As soon as we got here we had to change and get ready for our first session. Today I've done a run, body strength, boxing, circuit training, core training and cross fit then stretching. It was all one after another. It's been tough but I've really enjoyed it.

Tomorrow I'm not sure what we have to do apart from a hike which we know about.

Well it certainly is bootcamp!
