Wonderful, Wonderful Life!

As we read the news of all the shock and misery that people endure through natural disaster or fellow-human induced malice (Russia’s Putin or the UK’s Home Secretary, for example) we count ourselves very fortunate to walk the streets of Madrid this sunny morning and enjoy both lunch stops and visits to art galleries, like the Thyssen Museum shown here, where magnificent works of art are on display.

‘It’s A Wonderful, Wonderful Life’ was playing in the café where I bought cappuccinos early this morning to take back to our hostal room where I climbed back into bed to do some blip commenting. Can’t get much better!
