Inspired by the Baddeley Clock.
The clock marks the boundary between Windermere and Bowness and commemorates the life of Mountford John Byrne Baddeley(1843 - 1906) who wrote a series of well known guide books. It was paid for by ‘friends and admirers in all parts of the British Isles’ and built by the notorious Pattenson Builders.
The clock stopped during the Pandemic. It’s so good to see it going again.
