Day 52, May 20th - Yorkshires!

I do make a good Yorkshire pud. Tonight we had deconstructed Toad in the hole. Basically I think the pud doesn't work right, it doesn't cook right with the sausage in the batter so I just cook the sausage separately. Tonight I also made my own onion sauce. Yummy yummy - I don't do British delicacies like this often but I enjoyed it
