Nice weather

Walk before breakfast, no one around until we were nearly home and a neighbour appeared. We told her to stay at her gate and talked to her from a distance.
Not feeling any better but temperature back to normal range, so that’s good.
We decided a longer walk in a quiet area would be good so we checked Notts Forest were playing away and headed off to the Trent. The path takes us past the forest ground so we didn’t want to be walking through crowds.
Lovely walk, fresh air was good and everyone seemed to be on the water or at the other side of the river.
Had a text from the hospital to tell me to check on line for my next appointment, never had that before.
Made a flan for dinner.
