Good start

The day started well, I found some correct parts for the new model and I didn't attempt to chop my thumb off.  How good can things get?  

The bus I'm modelling is a Leyland PS1/1 with a Plaxton of Scarborough coach body.  It was used by Hunter's of Tantobie near Consett and carried interior plaques saying "Exhibited at the 1948 Commercial Motor Show, Earls Court, London".
