High Speed Chase
I was quite concerned at the signs of a disturbance in the potting shed on my return from school: someone had been nibbling at the seedlings! As evidence of a #shedbreak become overwhelming, I called in the law. Seems that only the local PCSO was available - his afternoon of chasing non-existent swans was not going well - so he attended the scene as fast as his little legs could carry him.
After a bit of slime analysis CSI Bakewell style, he determined that we were looking at a gastropedal suspect, most likely that trouble-maker Helix pomatia. Following the trail, it led him round a few strawberry plants and into a rather exciting chase!
However, Helix is a slippery one. In an attempt to rid himself of the evidence, he 'dropped' some of his ill-gotten gains in front of the law-keeper and headed off down a vertical surface before the inevitable occurred.
He is still at large.
Remember to #alarm and #padlock your #sheds as Helix is still out there.
