Unlike many parts of Britain we escaped much of the snow and most of Wednesday evening’s snow had melted in the warm sunshine yesterday.  More snow fell last night and again most of it has melted although the front garden and part of the back still retain its covering and the footpaths are white where the sun has not reached them.  The collage is an attempt to show some of the very different shoeprints that were on the road this morning including tracks of people walking dogs and a cat which crossed the road.
