End of the work week

And it ends just as it began: in the saddle of my trusty city bike.

A few things to bear in mind with this picture:

- On Wednesday morning, we had an ongoing snowstorm that dumped 30 cm of white on everything. 30 cm. Everywhere.

- This road is not part of the high-priority network. I could have avoided this snow. Most of my route is on black asphalt; it makes for a boring blip, but a great surface to ride on.

My home town does have world-class winter operations for a cyclist.
