Not what you want to see first thing in the morning!  Went out to photograph the dead fish in the bay (see extra) and noticed something floating in the pool.  Five dead eels!!!  The mystery is HOW did they get into the pool?  They were not there yesterday!  Maybe raccoons coming by to wash their dinner?  Birds dropped them?  We should consider installing some outside cameras to record exactly what's going on out there after dark!
Interesting part of the red tide is how the tide movement either brings in the dead fish or takes them out.  Currently (1:30 p.m.) there are no dead fish in the bay behind the house.  Weird. But still not as bad as it was in 2018.
