Survivors

We've not had much snow, but we did get wind, hail and some bone chilling cold weather over the last few days. The crocuses are resilient and many have perked back up now the sun is out.

I spent most of the morning in the school playground, helping to move out tools to the shed, measure areas for repairs, marshalling the kids to help shift woodchips, and just generally tidying up. Then we treated ourselves to coffee and cake in a nearby cafe afterwards, while we plotted and wrote notices and emails. It feels great to be getting things done with like-minded people.
