Seeds
I got up early and took Mollie to school in Overstrand then went straight to Lidl. I was there by 8am but it was very busy. Then I went to Morrisons to get the few bits Lidl didn't have. As usual, I lost my list between the two shops - I could have sworn it was in my back pocket. So whether I actually got everything I need will be discovered over the next week. I did get a few more seeds though, which were not on my list!
Back home by 9.15 and put it all away before going back out for singing. As always, a lovely 90 minutes of singing- with a bit of laughing thrown in, followed by half an hour chatting over tea and scones.
I went home for lunch then my third and final drive back out to Cromer for the monthly poetry reading group at the library. The people I meet there are incredibly knowledgeable about all poets and all poems. I really don't know any poets, and just muddle through to find a few poems on the subject of the month. We each read the poems we have found in turn. It's a nice group, just 6 of us.
At 4 I went from there to pick Mollie up. Then we drove to the doctor surgery to have a quick word with the GP before heading home. All 4 of us then did a work out without weights which the other 3 have been doing for a week or so. It's from another of Jon's books. It was upper body today. My arms are very weak and I struggled, but will keep joining in with them...if they let me. I did complain a bit :-)
Cooked tuna fish stir fry - one of our favourites and very quick. I had already chopped up loads of veg to make the stir fry, so it was just a case of throwing it all in.
Now watching Judi Dench on Who Do You Think You Are? It's an old series, but we don't think we have seen it before, although some of the others from that series I know I have seen!
