Another busy day laying by the pool with nothing to report, except…..

What I forgot to mention yesterday was the helicopter, which decided that right outside our hotel was the best place to conduct a search and rescue operation.  All very exciting for the first ten minutes or so, after dropping one of their guys into the sea, but then the pretend to find him bit, (when he could have swum to shore) wore a bit thin.  At least it drowned out the guitarist who couldn’t sing, who was hanging around the promenade.

If anyone is close to Luton airport, could you please make sure our car (on the top floor and open to the elements) is cleared of snow before we get back late Saturday evening.
