Forgive me for such an ordinary image of a red squirrel but if you look closely enough you’ll see his tail is anything but. In fact, it’s quite extraordinary with its bright orange tip and the distinctive black band underneath! • A little flamethrower • I’m reminded of a tiger cat we once had, her name was Abigail, or Abby for short. She was fuzzy and only five weeks old when we adopted her. When the Vet saw her the first time he remarked she looked like a “ring-tailed doozy”. Well, you can imagine that name stuck, and that’s why I thought of her today, more than 30 years later • It’s been a dull chilly day here, in need of a little sunshine.
