Not quite the best sleep I could get before heading out from our company's training institute.

Nice to see my colleagues near the same age. Many of them seem to be working longer hours than I am (for free).
Phew, I guess I'm a bit lucky getting some compensation from my overtimes and weekend working days.

Interesting training for newly promoted senior assistant managers to see how colleagues react in uncertain situations and have to find a solution.
I see my team has done relatively well, but I see high performing teams can do better with more experiences of such uncertainty.
