Winter Walk

I woke up to a covering of snow, but had to wait in for the gasman. Fortunately, he turned up early but by the time I got out it was drizzling and the snow rapidly melting.  

Undeterred, I took a walk through Shepherd Meadows and round the balancing pond - wellies definitely required.  Apart from dog walkers (look large to see one hardy soul on the bridge) there was virtually no-one around, but it was good to be out in the fresh air.
