Gunnerton and beyond

Martin led the Intermediate group of the Haltwhistle Walkers today, on a 6 mile circular from Gunnerton. It was a glorious day and I just had to go and see how my various joints fared.

I've been away for the last few weeks (after the fall and then on holiday). I was welcomed back very warmly and it was good to be with old friends. (Yes, most of us are on the older side!)

There was the usual interchange about joints and other ailments of course.

I think there were 34 of us; quite a crowd for a leader to deal with.
