More evening light

I liked the dramatic fluffy clouds this evening, looming over the buildings.

It was another gorgeous, sunny but very cold day today. Looks like this sharp weather will be with us for a few more. But probably no snow!

International Women's Day did get a mention at work today as we need to think more about attracting a good mix of people to work with us, and making sure they all want to stay with us!
