Finished the ski packing this morning, then nipped up to the Windmills Café for brunch before we set off.

The snow started as we left - but the sun was shining as we reached Tynemouth. We had a lovely walk round the headland when we arrived - see extras ;) 

We're now, hopefully, ahead of the weather and poised to get to the airport early on Saturday morning...
