Cartmel

A walk with VW from Holker over to Cartmel.  I hadn't seen her for a couple of months so it was good to catch up and we enjoyed the stroll.  The weather was lovely and bright and sunny but quite cold.

Back to Holker via a slightly different route mainly along roads.  No 2 son phoned this afternoon and he sounded chipper.  Then Dad FaceTimed and he is looking well and certainly better than when he was living alone.

This is looking towards the Cartmel village shop - home to the wonderful and famous sticky toffee pudding.  One may just have come home with me.
