Golf

Not to be outdone by his brother, this one was drying his feet on me for quite a while earlier.

I had to get up in the night to stop a fox apparently trying to get in the cat flap. Or that's what it sounded like anyway. The fox was right by the back door and the cats were going mad. We do have an urban fox problem here, and I've found one walking in the hallway before but I hope this was a one off or I'll have to do something more permanent than just shout at them.

I then woke up to snow, followed by wet sleet all day, which really annoyed me as I had lots of outdoor things planned for my non working day..I did take advantage of there being no play to run through the golf course (it is a footpath but there are still balls flying around) in the slush but otherwise I've been indoors all day. I couldn't even finish my latest project as Himself had decided to leave some study books and notes all over the table where I needed to put my sewing machine.

Not a great use of a day of in the end

Himself also had to rush over to his mum's as her heating had stopped working (thermostat battery, phew!) so he's grumpy too.
