Work and a run

We were working, today, so for my Blip you get the view from Izzy's balcony, and, for my Extra, a selfie I took to show Izzy’s sisters the mug I bought at the pottery, yesterday.

In the evening, though, we went down to the coast, dropped the Minx at a place called Gigi's, and then Izzy and I ran a quick 5k up and down the beach road. It was still pretty warm and I was ready for a beer when we got back to the Minx!
