You wait for ages and then three come at once

A quiet day to suit the weather. At least it didn't chuck it down again. We had an early morning stroll along the Prom where we met these three adorable dogs. I dove back into my book - it's been a wee while since I've read such a page-turner. In the afternoon Dr T and I went into town to different protests. I went to the Pedal on Parliament one - good turnout. Later on we watched a whodunit set in Edinburgh and had an enjoyable time identifying streets and saying 'but you can't leave that building and then be on that street!' Historians and pedants - you can take them places but they have to point out the inaccuracies!
