Peppercorns

These are black peppercorns. I’m quite surprised to see the variety of shapes and surface textures.
I like to sprinkle *”lots of freshly ground black pepper” over my food.
*One of Delia smiths favourite ingredients back in the eighties when any aspiring cook hung on her every word.
