Chip Van

We had a 'foodie' day in Cairo sampling lots of things like kushari (a mix of noodles, rice, black lentils and fried onions), baladi traditional bread stuffed with fuul (fava) beans and ta'amiyya (Egyptian variant of falafel).  

We were told this women was known for selling the best chips and people would queue up for them.  We didn't get to sample the chips so I can't comment!
