Work this morning followed by an epic shop.
This afternoon I blind baked 2 catering tins of pastry flans, a Bakewell tart, avocado soup, and blanched the tender sprout broccoli ready for said flans which I will freeze for the cafe lunch next week.
Alan put at horology tonight and I am sitting reading whilst watching tv
