The railway path

It was a lovely bright morning so we took Phin to Springfield Mill for a run about and a swim but our walk was curtailed when Mr PHL felt twinges in both hips. I’ve been asking him for weeks to go and see the doctor but he keeps putting it off. Hopefully having pains in both hips will encourage him to call! It’s intermittent pain so hopefully nothing serious.

Phin slept this afternoon so I had time to sort out a few things but forgot to submit the insurance claim. I’ll get to it tomorrow.

We headed out to the railway path leading to the field after I’d put a pork casserole in the oven for dinner. Surprisingly there wasn’t another soul on the path so Phin had free rein. We had a nice walk round the field and we’re home in time to see Miss PHL when she popped over to drop off the car. I took her to the bus stop as she needed to get back to her flat.

My PHL is at an extra art class tonight and I’m home alone with the dog who is fast asleep on the sofa in the living room whilst I look at blip.
