Neighbours

We made our move to the city almost exactly 4 years ago, thank goodness, a highly fortuitous annd prescient act. From the first day neighbours have been very attentive in a non intrusive way. These daffodils were planted by E in memory of his wife who died a number of years ago and increase in volume year on year. Most of the Pollok Park ones are still to emerge.

A change of routine today and I did chores and other dull stuff this morning and spent the afternoon at the gym, yoga, a short run around Auckland on the treadmill and a swim. I am ready to sleep. But not until I have watched Unforgotten in real time.
