After our roast dinner we went for a walk. Nice but cold and really a woolly hat afternoon. Crumpets for tea by the open fire was good.

My extra is yesterday. Just a snatch of happy runners after completing the park run. It does feel good. I met Lily again, and Les after ages! He’s been unwell. So good to see him and he was genuinely pleased to see me too!
