Hippodrome

I was in Hulme this afternoon and took a slight detour to see how the old Hippodrome was doing. It was built in 1903 as a music hall with apparently a spectacular auditorium and had various uses after it closed, bingo hall, snooker hall etc. It’s been empty for 5 years now and is obviously decaying, although the street art is quite good. As it’s a listed building, it is hard to see what can be done without significant investment.
