Working out the contraption

Well Asha's been amazing...the apparatus has been made bigger 2x since it was fitted. Her teeth are all encased in thick plastic, presumably to protect them whilst they push the jaw apart. She's definitely needed painkillers today.
I went off to visit Mitch in prison. Took me just under an hour to walk there (in beautiful sunshine!!). Absolutely fantastic to see him and have an hour with him. By the time I got home Danny and the 3 kids were out at the football. They came home later full of chat about it but disappointed by a 3-0 defeat.
Isabel left this evening, her parents are due home tonight.
A film on the sofa with Danny and the kids, and lots of tlc for a very brave Asha.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Time with Mitch. A treat.
2) Danny being brilliant looking after the kids.
3) Asha's courage.
