Milestone

The little person achieved his first junior parkrun milestone today, 11 runs, half marathon. 

After parkrun I had to spend a large part of the day horizontal as I just couldn't deal with being upright, even sitting up was a no go. 

When I eventually emerged we played paw patrol racing together on the Xbox.
