Still wintry

I got up at midday after my night shift as I had a BP review appointment at my health centre. The nurse took samples too. I have to check the results online at the end of next week.
SK came over for a visit afterwards. 
I managed to stay up until a reasonable bed time. Hopefully by shift-work body clock will be back to normal tomorrow.
