It was a lovely afternoon for a walk, so I headed for Jenny Gunn's Loan at Boquhan for the first time in ages. The views to the west didn't disappoint.

What would you do with a jar of sun-dried tomatoes - best before Oct 2010 - that you found lurking at the back of a kitchen cupboard? (See extra.) I was going to empty the contents into the food waste bin and recycle the glass jar, but I cannot get the lid off!
