Tessellated Pavement

At Eaglehawk Neck near Port Arthur
Caused by salt crystals that formed in the cracks of the flat rock bed at low tide, caused it to slowly fracture into polygonal blocks. Far more complicated than that explanation but my head was having trouble understanding it completely.
