A very long day!

My Friday started at 3.30am with a call to an alarm activation at my mum's house. To cut a very long story short it was decided that she needed to go to hospital. Some 15 hours later sees us in an ambulance queuing to get her admitted to the local hospital. 

The wait was around 4 hours, she was finally admitted and seen fairly quickly by a doctor who ordered some tests. I waited with her until around 2am but had to give in and go home to get some sleep.
