One of the nurses on my ward guaranteed to get you off to a positive start. 

Gluten reaction ongoing but hopefully declining. I even enjoyed my supper of omelette and hash browns with mushrooms.

No visitors but I've been dozing on and off. Today's big adventure was traveling by commode to the bathroom.
