One of the National dishes of Sicily. Mr CFJ had one the other day for lunch- absolutely delicious.

We returned today from our trip - worth a visit if you are thinking about a long weekend away. Catania has excellent train links and if we had stayed longer, we would have visited some of the other cities/towns.
