A Good Trumpet Does Satisfy

Apparently it has several names in Englisch that I've never seen before.  It's "Der braune Kräuter-Seitling" in German and is my go-to mushroom at the moment.  Button mushrooms taste of nothing but these have taste and texture.

Slice those stems into coins and fry them in a bit of butter - absolutely lovely.

Whenever I cook, I can chop my veggies in peace - completely alone in the kitchen.  As soon as I open a bag with meat in, then I am the best friend to every cat in the house.

They are never disappointed.
