Busy..

bees.  The bees are very busy on the sedum.  It's always fascination to see them extracting the pollen (I presume) from each of the tiny little flowers. Yesterday I learnt that in their short lifetime each bee 'makes' about 1/8th of a teapoon of honey.  I will view my piece of toast with oney differently from now on.  A very small monarch butterfly also joined the party for a while.
